SHIPPING POLICY

Peak Herbal Products is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unclaimed package shipment(s) once the package is shipped with an active tracking number - i.e it has been received by the USPS, or any other common mail/package delivery provider we have chosen to deliver your package(s).

This means if your package is lost, stolen or damaged or unclaimed, while in transit - you must contact the shipping carrier directly for any issues or claims related to your delivery.
