How can I order?
Please go to our website and click under “Products tab” on the main menu bar of our website or click the “Order Here” button on the top right portion of the main menu bar where you may start shopping from the available products listed.

I already ordered, what happens then?
Once you have placed your order, you will be notified via email of the confirmation of your order placed. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification with a tracking number for your convenience to track your shipment.

How is my order processed?
Once we receive your order, your shipment is generally shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How am I notified of my order status?
When your order is shipped you will receive a notification via email you provided on your order, with a tracking number for your convenience to track your shipment.

Do you ship outside the USA?
We only ship within the USA, we do not ship internationally

How long does it take for my order arrive?
All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking. Your order will arrive based on when it shipped out, including any shipping time to your address.
You can track your order by checking your email for the shipping notification which is sent to you automatically when your products ship out.
Shipping time will vary based on your address and various conditions out of our control. Please contact USPS for any concerns or questions about your shipment once your order has been shipped. -
What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?
Once USPS receives your package, you will be notified with a USPS tracking number which allows you to track its progress until it is delivered at the designated address you have provided in your shipping details. If you package is lost, stolen or damaged, you must contact USPS customer service to inquire about your concern. USPS is 100% responsible once they are in possession of your package. Peak Herbal Products is only responsible for packaging your order and delivering it to USPS at your request when you place your order and indicate which service your would like to use as your delivery preference. Once Peak Herbal Products delivers your package to USPS we are no longer in control of your package or its care and thus cannot be responsible for it being lost, stolen or damaged. Do you accept credit card?
All payments are processed via STRIPE merchant service. We accept all major credit cards.
If you have any questions about your payment not processing, please contact your bank regarding this matter.
Returns

How can I return?
All sales are final except under the following conditions.
We will happily accept returns within 14 days on products that are purchased in error, are unopened and undamaged with the tamper evident seal unbroken.
We do not accept any returns if your product has been opened, damaged or if the original seal has been broken. No Exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
